Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for the wrong address entered. If you entered the wrong address, please send us an email as soon as possible.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please inform us as soon as possible.
Due to high demand, delivery takes between 9-18 business days from the date order has been processed.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-3 business days to process your order. The delivery timeframe is just an estimate and do not include weekends and public holidays.
