SHIPPING AND HANDLING
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for the wrong address entered. If you entered the wrong address, please send us an email as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping details.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please inform us as soon as possible.
United States
Once your order has been placed, our team will carefully pick and pack your order within 72 hours. It will then take 2-4 days* for your order to be delivered to your doorstep.
[Update] Please note that currently, due to a sudden surge in demand over the upcoming holiday season, some products and variants are out of stock in our local warehouse in the US, and will be shipped from our warehouse in China. The estimated delivery is 7-10 business days from the date the order is processed.
Rest of the world
Due to high demand, delivery takes between 9-18 business days from the date your order has been processed.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-3 business days to process your order. The delivery timeframe is an estimate and does not include weekends and public holidays.
