To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it in
- in its original packaging.
Once we have received your returned item, we will process your refund immediately after inspection.
Himiku will not bear responsibility for any order that could not be delivered due to the refusal of the parcel by the recipient.
